Parlanti Fitness is operated by John Parlanti, a sole trader based at 25 Northcote Road, London, SW11 1NJ. For any questions about this policy or your personal data, contact parlantifitness@gmail.com.

When you use this website, we may collect the following personal data, only when you choose to provide it:

• Name (optional, depending on the form)
• Email address
• Your fitness goal and preferred training days/times, if submitted via the Free Trial booking form
• Your quiz result category, or your calculator results (estimated calories and macros), if you choose to have them emailed to you. The underlying answers you enter into the quiz or calculator (e.g. age, height, weight, activity level) are used only in your browser to generate your result and are never sent to or stored on our servers, regardless of whether you submit your email

We collect this through the following forms on the site: the Free Trial booking form, the Free Guide download form, the Quiz result form, and the Calorie & Macro Calculator's “save my results” form.

We process your personal data on the basis of:

• Consent: when you submit a form, you are actively choosing to share your details with us for a specific stated purpose (e.g. to receive the free guide, to be contacted about a free trial).
• Legitimate interest: to respond to enquiries and provide the service you've requested.

We do not use your data for any purpose beyond what is stated at the point you submit it, and we do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

• To respond to free trial booking requests and arrange your session
• To send you the free guide PDF you requested
• To follow up on quiz or calculator results if you've asked us to
• To answer questions you send us directly

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose you provided it for, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is sooner. Lead enquiries not converted into a client relationship are periodically reviewed and deleted.

We use the following third-party services to operate this website and process the data above:

• Resend: used to send transactional emails (e.g. delivering the free guide, notifying us of new enquiries). Resend processes email content and recipient addresses on our behalf.
• Vercel: our website hosting provider, which may process technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type) as part of standard web hosting operations. We also use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages are popular; it counts page visits in aggregate and does not use cookies or track you individually across sites.
• Google Maps: embedded on the Location page to show directions. Google may set its own cookies when this map loads.

We do not use these services for advertising or marketing purposes, and we do not permit them to use your data for their own purposes. We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to keep the data we hold secure.

Some of the third-party services listed above (Resend and Vercel) are based in the United States and may process or store data outside the UK/EEA as part of their standard operations. If this matters to you, we'd recommend checking each provider's own privacy and data-transfer documentation directly.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data (“right to be forgotten”)
• Withdraw consent at any time (this won't affect the lawfulness of anything done before withdrawal)
• Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe we've mishandled your data

We don't use our own tracking or advertising cookies. Our website analytics (Vercel Web Analytics, see Section 6) is cookieless and only counts page visits in aggregate. The Location page embeds a Google Maps directions widget (see Section 6) which may set its own cookies as part of how it functions; this is controlled by Google, not by us.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
