WHERE THE JOURNEY STARTED…
Our founder John Parlanti started in the fitness industry in 2007, working for public and private fitness centres in both gym and pool environments. John has experience training all types of fitness levels, from triathletes to first time gym / pool goers. Coming from a sports background (athletics, football and swimming competitively at a high level), John has long had a passion for fitness and he is keen to share that passion with the people he coaches.
Throughout his career John has sought roles that allow him to work with people, give back to the community and make a real difference in people’s lives. As a personal trainer John loves seeing clients improve and his passion, skill and motivation means that clients feel happier and more confident during their sessions with him.
John is a fully qualified personal trainer under the Focus awarding body. He also has a Level 3 Sports Science qualification, a Level 2 Swimming Coach qualification, Indoor cycling instructor and is a fully insured trainer.
