There's no single right answer. The ideal number of personal training sessions per week depends on your goals, schedule, budget and recovery capacity. That said, some general patterns hold true for most people.

One session per week works well for building consistency and technique when combined with independent training or activity on other days. It's a good starting point for busy schedules or as a bridge into more regular training.

Two to three sessions per week is where most clients see the fastest, most consistent fat loss and strength results, since it allows for more frequent coaching, accountability and progressive overload.

More than three sessions a week can accelerate results further but requires enough recovery, sleep and nutrition to support it, otherwise the extra volume can backfire. The right frequency is something I'll agree with you in your free trial, based on your goals and what's realistic for your life.
